What Is an Insulated (Sound-Absorbing) Cleanroom Panel?
An insulated cleanroom panel uses a micro-perforated metal face over high-density rock wool. Sound enters the perforations and dissipates in the mineral core, reducing reverberation while adding thermal insulation and A-grade fire performance.
An acoustic fleece contains mineral fibres, keeping the face clean and anti-static. Use this absorber in noisy technical spaces alongside solid rock wool panels where airtight sound separation is required.
Part of Wonclean's cleanroom sandwich panel family, it integrates with matching ceiling systems and cleanroom wall systems for full noise control without losing cleanliness.

Expert FAQ on Acoustic Cleanroom Panels
Does this panel absorb noise or block it?
The perforated face and mineral core absorb reverberation. Use a solid sealed wall to block sound between rooms.
Won't the perforations release fibre or dust in a cleanroom?
No. Acoustic fleece contains fibres while allowing sound through, keeping the surface clean and anti-static.
How much sound absorption can I get?
NRC / αw can reach about 0.85–0.95 by thickness, density and open area. Share the room and noise target for selection.
What is the fire rating, and does it insulate?
The A-grade rock wool core adds thermal insulation, with ISO 354 absorption and EN 13501-1 fire reports available.
Can the perforation pattern and color be customised?
Yes. Hole pattern, open area and color are configurable; one-side or double-side perforation is available.
What are the lead time and minimum order?
Typical lead time is 10–15 days for samples or small orders and 20–25 days for a full container, subject to specification.
