What Is a Demountable Partition Wall?
A cleanroom demountable partition wall is a reusable, modular wall system engineered for layout flexibility. Insulated panels — rock wool, PU or PIR core with airtight seals — are connected by front-and-rear clamped aluminum profiles fixed with screws. Because the connection is mechanical rather than built-in, the wall can be taken apart and rebuilt: rapid reconfiguration of cleanroom layouts without major construction, while still supporting ISO classification. How the Demountable Joint Works
Panels are held by aluminum profiles clamped front and rear and fixed with screws. To remove a unit: take off the gusset plate, unscrew the profile, lift out the panel — then reinstall step-by-step in reverse order, and the gaskets and clamp force restore the original airtight seal.

Does removing a panel affect the cleanroom's airtightness?
No. The system uses a clamped aluminum-profile structure with gusset plates. When reinstalled in reverse order, the gaskets and clamp force restore the original airtight seal.
How quickly can a wall unit be removed?
With the screw-fixed clamp design, a standard panel unit can usually be removed in minutes by unscrewing the connections — far faster than demolishing a built-in wall.
Can the whole wall be relocated and reused?
Yes. Because the panels and profiles are mechanically connected, the wall is fully reinstallable — you can reconfigure a layout or relocate the cleanroom and reuse the same components, with minimal waste.
Which core materials and thicknesses are available?
Rock wool for fire resistance, or PU / PIR for superior thermal insulation (MGO and EPS also available). Standard thicknesses are 50, 75 and 100 mm, with other sizes made to order.
What is the fire performance?
